Damaged or Faulty Sofas:

Each sofa is quality-checked after production, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition.

When your sofa arrives, please check the packaging before opening. If the packaging is damaged or anything seems unusual, take pictures and a video when opening the package and contact us. If there is any genuine issue with the sofa itself, we will assist you with a replacement or discuss the best solution.

Change of Mind:

Buying a sofa is a considered choice. As such, we do not accept returns for changes of mind, but we’re happy to answer any questions before you purchase to help you feel confident.
